Starting where we left off on the 17th Oct Tour of the Leadmines..........all going well about 20 weeks to start of club league never to early to get a pratice lap in
Change of plans, forgot Chris was off today. He has to setup his showpony of a new bike (I'm not jealous) so not ideal for a group spin in the cold; there will be faffing.
Lawdie must have been checking the forecast for Cape Town. Enjoy the 1st spin back!
Was great to get back out on the Saturday spin , really enjoyed it! Place was relatively dry and apart from a heavy shower at the start the rain stayed off ...was feeling good all way around , got home and feel like I got hit by a train.... been eating for 2 hours solid now... nice!
