Had a big crash on the way down the green lane at the side of djouce the one we went up on in the race,front puncture lost the front end landing of a grassy jump this afternoon sore head sore thigh actually sore all over nurofen 400's for me tonight,no make that right now!!!

I might just go on the 5.30 spin,I'll decide tomorrow.
