Looks like Gerrys new Rize was giving every one just that. Also had an orgamsmical 2 hours today going fast and hard, and bumped into Shona and pal heading to some serious mountain climbing, what a day!
you would have loved that..horns of El Dorado all round...especially Skippys..
where else would you get it..we even made Joe Mccall fall off his bike..

Eoin keith is like a God in the world of running and AlS is like a God in Irish Climbing and even though they are savage mountainbikers and great lads, they get no respect whatsoever from the likes of us..
