oh we'll definitely be going up the outside of the fence and over across to the outside of Ballinastoe and then over the sleepers and down Djouce, the best descent and then all the singletracks in Djouce..

ah yeah..what a spin..actually 2 spins....so fast then more so fast and loads of deadly singletrack..loads of screaming from Roo and the slowest puncture repairing ever..me, Roo, BON, Oisin, brendan, Adam, Eoin,Killian, jack, luke, Oz and Ste..great craic..
an absolutely brilliant crew..
ah yeah...Boom Boom Pow !!

yeah great spin. the trails so nice and dry. lime juicer and up and over have really worked out well with the dry weather.
and the legs were not to tired after yesterdays spin around the rose bushes!
