Having just been up there on sunday I can say you are in for a treat, a serious, serious treat, soooo dry, I'm still grinning.

hey - is this XC or freeridey carry on?
is it the spin yourself, Oisin, Alfie, Damo and myself did some evening last year when it was really dry and deadly?
or is that Camaderry?
I don't know this Wicklow place at all.....

i'll be freeridery so will the other masters of the Universe..!! and we should even get the EWoks in if we are good !

Coming down off Scarr is just amazing

It's been a while since I was down the EWOK's, holy jeaaasus

Did you do the decent to Lough dan or back down the way you went up? Down to Lough Dan is incredible, the trail keeps disappearing, the holes, the water spray, the sheep**** at the bottom, sweet mother or mercy. The trail thought the forest is pretty cool as well.

No, up the front, and back down the front, did the Lough Dan way with the club many moons ago.

The grassy decent by the fence, sweet mama, the off camber right hander, the speed, the dust...the cheering hillwalkers...

One of the lads with us had a hardtail and he was fast everywhere, lots of climbing to be done. You don't need a big bike to enjoy it.

I'm bringing my "German Enduro" - lots of bounce and craic and sunshine - lovely!
assuming I get there on time....it's a long way from Leixlip to Laragh... can I claim Commission expenses for this trip?

since I got lost on a motorway on Sunday, I just have no more faith in my sense of direction - so:
I'm coming from Leixlip via the M50 - should I get off at Firehouse exit and make my way down via Stocking Lane/Glencree/Kippure /Lough Dan direction? - looks like the straightest route...

or should I go via N11/Ballinastoe/Roundwood? - though traffic around Bray can be brutal...
