no i'm afraid not..my Tuesday spins are for very experienced, very fit riders. You could chance Smithers alternative Tuesday leaving the Blue Light at 7.20.
Somebody might want to explain a savage Tuesday to the new lads !!

thats ok..Smithers and Cathal are good lads..they are into bondage and all but basically sound lads..

Now Richie; you know as well as anyone that what goes on at the spin, stays on the spin.

This will be a good 'EPIC lite' spin, not much in the way of savagery or abuse, but plenty of speed, daring do and craic. If you want to see what EPIC would be like if Richie took up knitting, this is it.

Pain... Just not enjoyable as it hurts too much. And thats if you are invited. If he thinks you are going to suffer, that actually means you are going to die.
