well that was deadly..i mean real deadly..first me,Alfie, Al S, Smithers, Al A, PaulK,Chris,Adamski,Fergal and Jack hit XTC, ****head,Limejuicer,Fartknocker,up the road to supernova..down Ross and Brocks descent up Gwangi,then up to the middle car park..Humps, Vertex, Catskin, down the Foxglove climb..sliddery riddery, earls drive, down Toro, Gwangi..down Fartknocker up the NPS climb down Gwangi and back up to Benchcut..
down Benchcut, Son of benchcut, back up the NPS Climb down gwangi up the fireroad and up XTC to the car park..
Then we waved goodbye to Alfie, Smithers and PaulK..
then we did XTC again, up to Lime Juicer ,Fartknocker, down to the river up the fireroad, back up the earls drive , down Toro , Gwangi and back to the car park..
phew !! savage..well done guys..I forgot my camera..but fair play to you lads..you are savage..
Ok,Did everyone read "UP XTC" what's that all about!! Anyway deadly new trail's there Richie,Really enjoyed them even if I was at the back of the pack. My legs were like tone's of lead this evening.I was not feeling the love for mtbing tonight.UP XTC still can't get over it!

we went up Benchcut one night..and some of the bad boys went up XTC twice tonight..I knew i should have made them go up the Foxglove climb first..would it make you feel worse to know I brought the ladies up it one day as well
Yes i was sent up XTC twice for misbehaving at the weekend... but Ritchie, it burns just as much in the Big Ring... And the iceing on the cake for the night was Als just arriving into the carpark via his face.. you lucky Bstard.

you're forgiven now..but can you do something with the baggy lycra please ...jeesuus..its kind of creepy !!
what was the story with the two lads having a snog on the side of the track..they jumped back in to their clothes when they saw me !!
