I’ll be there. I’ve a friend who’s been cycling with me for the winter and she’s planning on joining epic in the next week or so, is it ok for her to come along? She’s about the same level as me except the e-bike version

Just for clarity. There are no official club spins at this time. There will, in line with the easing of restrictions next week, be club spins from Monday on-wards. A number of people have contacted the Committee about posting / organising spins in advance of May 10th and all have been told the same thing - no club spins before May 10th.

@Sarah: New members are always welcome and there will be spins on Tuesdays and Saturdays that should fit their needs from Monday.
