Tuesday DH Spin 7:20 @ blue light

this is for a bit of pre race warm up. I hear this dream track is the business..

see ya there. Glen, Rory and a few others have put in a lot of work up there. New lines etc. oh and a couple of mental jumps.

Lots of air miles worked up tonight. Enjoyed that cheers lads.

that was good craic. I hope the young lad that decided to give that massive rock mouth to mouth is alright. He took a nasty hit.

Great fun all together! Some savage new lines going on up there. Will need to work my way up to some of them. Fair play to the lads who did the building. Great crowd out as well.

He has skills that young fella but bike he was on couldn't be more wrong and that helmet he was wearing wasn't worth a ****.
I'd say to all the young fella's Down hilling don't spare the change on a good full face helmet. No matter what the dentist costs a hell of a lot more. Use that line on the folks if you have to.
