Nice, balmy evening for a spin with Caroline Murphy, Niamh, Sarah and myself. Missed not having you to chase after Tony.

Niamh played a blinder tonight fixing her broken chain with a link. In record time too like she was against the clock.

Everyone was flying along tonight. Trails were fast but a bit shlompy in places.

Only one tree still down from the storm. Rest were removed.

Back to the car just before 8.30pm which wasn't bad.

Thanks for coming. Won't be around for a Saturday spin unfortunately.

Al, you weren't joking when you said fast. I nearly thought I was a goner by the time we reached the top of kilmashogue. Kind of hoped the pace would cool off then but nope! Practically sprinted up euroskeptic (I did get a PB though!) and then another fast slog up to fairy castle. Thankfully most the climbing was done by then so I just about managed to hang on the back! Not for the feint hearted
