Ah lads that was a great spin, absolutely banjaxed after it. 30+k on a wednesday spin was a shock to the system!

Unreal conditions and very humid, trails were dusty and riding great. Great craic, thanks Caroline, Oz, Al, John and Niamh for a class spin.

Sorry for late reply, still recovering after the spin! Wasn't expecting that for a Wednesday evening, but it was amazing and we had a lot of laughs along the way too.
Great to have Niamh back on spins after her wrist injury skiing. Her fitness was still the same which was surprising, she must have been killing it on an exercise bike at home or going to gym spin classes.
Good to see you again John after a long time. You killed it on the downhill trails at the end. I tried to keep up with you on the last one and nearly fell off the bike I was so out of control lol
The M50 was closed from Tallaght to Citywest, so had to take a detour through Tallaght and back onto the M50 from the N7.
It was 11pm when I arrived at Apache pizza in blanch. I was ravenous and thirsty so wolfed down a large pizza, a milk shake and a litre of Guava fruit juice. (The fruit juice was the best part, so refreshing) pizza was shit but I was so hungry I ate it.
