I'm spent! Thought it would be a nice jaunt around ticknock to ease me back into it, 40k and over 1000m of climbing, pooped. Was eating trail mix the shower

Hmmm, that was a bit more than intended. Good spin around Ticknock trying to keep it natural. Leap the bunny is fairly overgrown… I wonder why? It not like the climb out is hideous .
