Super social spin - Ballinastoe, Sat 8th @9.30

Meeting at the hut in Ballinastoe at 9.30 for a social pace spin around the trails this Saturday.

This is suitable for those on the Intro spins, those who haven't been on their bikes in ages, those that have been out five times already this week and everyone in between.

Come and join us, ride your bike, have fun, drink coffee and eat cake (In that order).

Sounds great. I'd say this will be epic!

Looking forward to using this as my fifth come back off the year.

Yep should be there Dave. Was there on Monday the new trails are fantastic, as is indryia or whatever it's called, fantastic trail!

Good bunch out today, really enjoyed the variety of trails. Gary and Tara disappeared off to pick mushrooms!

There was Marko, Lucas, Alan, Tony, John W, Kieran, Mal, Neville, Tara, Gary and myself.

John and Neville were joint track stand winners, Mal is still doing his from the first round.

Good fun today alright.
A bit of craic playing around doing hill climbs a track stand comps while waiting for the mushroom pickers.
You would forget about balinastoe. Lawdie put a good loop together. Still loads off road stuff around there.

Great spin all enjoyed that. Some weather and great to kick start the Saturday spins again! Bit of spillage throughout not sure what was wrong with me or the bike, but hopefully quick heal of the shin and I can jog on. Track stand trophy pales into insignificance compared to Jon Tony and al defying gravity going up that drop, wtf! Cheers folks great day
