XC training spin #1 Sun 28th June Gala Shop Sandyford

Now..
for the next couple of weeks leading up to the Final NPS (12th July) and XC Nationals ( 18th July)
We will be doing 2 hard XC only training Spins ( no craic)
I will be leading out the savages and somebody else can lead out the sports.
The first one Sun 28th is
3 Rock
Fairy
prince Willies
Cloon
Featherbeds
Cruagh
Tibradden
Fairy
Gala.

There will be no stopping.

If you think you can keep up by all means do.
But this will be at a pace that will make your eyes bleed.

I struggle to find my way from Djouce car park to XTC - we'll need somebody to help with the navigation!

I give up !!

Ah .... but you're always up the front striving forward towards distant horizons - I, on the other hand, am at the back fixating on the sweaty buttocks of the 2nd slowest rider, with no idea where I am other than in a world where pain seems unending and time, distance and location are of little relevance!!
