the best way way for you to get there is to come off the motorway as if to hit Palmers, then head up to Johnny Foxes but go straight through the Junction After Johhnys and head down the road ..passing the back of 3 rock and at the bottom of the hill on the right is Pine Forest and the fancy new car park at the bottom of tibradden..

That was a good spin yesterday, nice bit of jumping around and a great deal of fun, that was some crash at the back end of three Rock (hope your ok today) it realy wasn't your day what with the crash and several puctures.
