The last time I was out with Karl down there we went for venison burgers in the pub Ashford, jeebus they were good.

I like the sound of these spins that start and finish at a pub!!! Nothing motivates me more than the prospect of a creamy pint!

I know what you mean, i might have to get the girlfriend to drop me off for this one, beer and burgers after... ohhh yes.

That was a great spin today thanks Carl, 18 miles of fire road, single track and two downhill tracks thrown in for good measure, weather was fantastic, low enough numbers out today (only 4 of us) but it was still a damn good laugh, carrick is a great spot for the bikes.

Great day where the uck were you all.As gary said great craic and carrick at its best.Nice steady pace with small group no stops.Wont be the same tomorrow.Perfect weather conditions.Pity some the regulars were missing so we will have to do it again.

That was a great spin yesterday Carl! and being shown around carrick was a bonus as much of what we cycled yesterday was on the Kcapital course, that place is like a maze with all sorts of terrain, deadly!

Good man Alan u have put in some miles this w end between sat and sun.Felt crap this morn with this sinus infection .

It wasn't too bad and I think I benefited from the spin on sat, long distance stuff is great, maybe i should become a roadie :)
