Another great spin, what a day for it too. It was strange to be basking in the sun back a the car park after almost three hours of constant spinning of the legs, considering that we had a freakish sand-storm before setting out, that was odd.
I'll admit I'm fairly flaked now - but have a big smile (contorted with pain) on my face.
Thanks for the great spin Jack & thanks for the guidance on bench-cut, my first time down it, I went down it like a ferret down Richard Gear-boxes left trouser leg. (see -avoiding litigation there seeing as he's on the site all the time!)
Cheers John, gonna have to lay off the bike for a few weeks this time i think, not like last time, managed to stay away for one spin and had to get back on it lol.
Have to say that was a great saturday spin, quieter than normal...! Basicly the NPS course with the best decent thrown into the middle and the fox glove loop. The pace was a brisk at times but everyone seemed to hang in there but i think the climb back up the foxglove climb finished a few people off.
great crew of riders out with all of them giving it loads on all the trails.
