Hello!!!! I will be doing a thursday night spin from this week 24/09/2009 for as long as people want to do this spin or till the end of the year!!!
The pace will be fairly quick with no waiting around, this spin is aimed at near savages Llandai,RL,DaveK,Rusty,Shona,Silvo etc. I will be doing this on my 6" bike as the savages do with me on a tuesday but I use my hardtail to try and keep up its your choice but remember no waiting!!!
The Spin will be in 3 rock parking at Lamb Doyles and I hope to make the spin about 2hrs long. Differant routes each week so as not to get bored.Lights/tubes/tools etc a must!!!

Yes folks if you are afraid of the Thursday night crease session then this is the spin for you.
And remember Darragh is in charge and make sure you have all the equipment you need for a spin. Some people, lovely and all that they are , are chancing their arms , carrying nothing on a spin !
Suffice to say if this spin is not fast enough ( which i will doubt) then you can come at 7.00 with the savages.
Theres a few lapsed savages like Skippy, SteT and Joey the lips that should get themselves on this !!
