For the early birds/mammies and daddies and those who can't make the KCup. Pace will be steady to quick, basically as fast as we can manage, no fluting around.

Leaving 9am sharp at the Triangle in Laragh, by Glendalough Fayre.
NOT the visitors centre.

There will be one big road climb followed by one big descent, you know the drill. You will be home by 12pm.
