Thurs 8th - Going faster miles an hour

Too mean to buy decent lights & fed up washing me bike I have decided to devote my tues & thurs evenings to the road.
What do I need I hear you ask... Ah you'll be needing a hi-vis jacket lights & a bike.
I'll be at the Kilmac flyover by the roundabout near the parrot emporium. Around 5.30 I can be flexible for time so ring me 0872053976
Be warned though dont expect a lot of laughs ... unless you think pain is funny.
