How'd you know that was also very Important!! This is not work this is where i clean my bicycles after each and every spin and check for broken bits and the odd time I have to fix motorbikes and scooters and in between I'm on here checking whats going on in the world of Epic which is the only world that counts, capich!!
well that was a very wet hungover sort of a spin..poor turnout though, only 8 brave souls made it around Djouce going up the red road was about as grim as it gets..but the best descent was deadly..
Yeah sorry i didn't make it after saying i would, arm is giving me loads of pain after yesterday, fingers crossed after the injection tomorrow it will start getting better.
Really enjoyed that - seemed to be more grip than during the summer! Red Road was definately a bit of a slog - straight into a gale and sheets of rain! Still gotta be better than re-runs of The Wizards of Waverley Place - and if you don't know what that is thank your lucky stars!!
