A spin around dog s**t mountain ha ha, i can still smell it from last time, man that was nasty ha ha, see you there.

go past kilmac exit heading south and take the left turn just after the garden centre
there is a bridge there.
go up but not over bridge,hang a right turn up hill.
follow that road past the golf club(druids glen i think,"Hate Golf").
T-junction,take right turn up the road on your LHS about 500m is the Kindlestown wood.

Hi Lads. Watch out for the exit from the tunnel there are some large submerged branches in the pool. I got as many out last night that I could reach. Got fecking soaked doing it but there are still some there.

What? Who? Me? I'm Like a flying brick at the moment hitting the ground so hard it's the one yelping with pain!
More mayhem again tonight. A big gang out with a few guest apearances BMX Bandit Stevo popping his night spin cherry and Niall Davis and Taria droped by to see how to a propper spin goes 
good job they left before we got lost. Craic was had there were a few mechanicals which put a bit of a downer on things but we made up for that with the deadlyness of the riding. The superfast descent in Glen O Downs was done at a new superfast speed. Pedaled every bit of it never have I been so scared and enjoyed a run so much. My eyes were watering. Adam tried a creative short cut to the bottom to keep up but it didn't work out so well. There was more mayhem later on with Mark giving a demo of the hold on and hope for the best technique. Thats all i can remember It was cold and ****ty and fair play to those who made the effort good to see the big numbers still comming out even when sitting on the couch seems more appealing.

Good old spin again Al, My cat like reflexes let me down last night as I rode straight off the edge of that fast decent, There was a definite moment of terror as I realised I had gone wrong but thankfully I got away with it. Cheers, see you all at the AGM/end of season party on Friday.
