Rigth so tomorrow night up 3 rock but with a difference meet at Jonny foxes over flow car park at 7.20.

Going to try and make this the auld ribs seem to be on the mend.

Sorry Adam but i won't be making this one, 3 rock is a great spot for the bike but i've just been up their too often of late, 6 outa the last 7 spins infact, plus it's 120 mile round trip for me, gonna have a change of scenery instead.

Adam - you might think about avoiding going up on the fireroad that MAD used on their races (from the field!). They've been logging up that way and with the rain it's pretty nasty!!

Yeah we'll mix it up a bit more over the next few weeks. Tonight I hope to avoid some of the regular trails for some of the older ones and finish up with a good old run down the whoops at the back of 2 rock.

Great spin Adam, thanks. lots of wet mucky ground covered & lots of river bed & rocky descents too. Coming up from the Johnny Foxes side on to Tree Rock is really schlompy, a good test for the skills.
Some nice side-ways action gonig on in the forest! really great fun night of riding.

Yeah it was a proper winters night spin and it didn't help by me bring you down a river or two, it's all good practice for ya's if you can ride down a seriously rocky river you can ride anything. Well 11 of us in total headed up the hill from Jonny foxes and cross the field into the fireroad which as RichardL had told me was schlompy but it defo got the blood flowing. On up to the top for 3 rock up left towards 2 rock where we went slightly right down the rocky river (all so known as dead mans bollox) then back around to the top on 3 rock and into Fergal’s satellite trails out of that and straight down the open rocky trail and into the old mad single track and out in the open berms across the front of 3 rock and up again down kilmashogue fire road and around the new walking trail up to the back of 2 rock then a good old blast down the wocka wockas. Overall a good old wet winters spin Cheers lads for coming out
