This conference call is important for the three senior lecturers involved, however having Shona sitting in silence at this end of the phone is also critically important. In the future I will endevour to schedule these meetings at times that are more suited Epic spins

firstly 7.00 means about 6.50 as byrner has no concept of time,secondly it starts
off semi savage for about 5 mins,before getting into a complete jocker,ie flat out
for quite some time.
Thankfully(actually not) my chest is a bit fcuked so probably will miss this week,which means that when i do get back out i'm really going to be playing catch up.
go for it there is only one way of staying the pace,ie by being there.
Don - The pace tends to be unrelenting rather then crazy fast - if that makes sense? I'm constantly struggling to stay in touch but really beginning to notice the difference after 3-4 weeks of punishment! No bother to you Don!
