well what can I say ..
that was savage..i don't think I looked up until I got to the bottom of benchcut..I dropped my chain then realised that we were missing half the gang..
still onwards and upwards and up the outside of the fence..then down the best descent and back around and up and down and you get the picture..a sunday spin in an hour and a half in the dark..
Relentless..and we were'nt even pushing that hard ! just steady !

Oooh that climb was hard! I can't believe Mel - cycled out to Djouce, did the spin and then cycled home - on a Specialized Enduro!! And the spin was definately RELENTLESS!

Great spin, all the bast bits in an hour and a half...well I dont really like that climb on the outside of the fence but it is good for training it just keeps going. Best decent is very shlompy and new lines all over the place. Deadly pace no stopping or talking just shoot!!!!!

Mel is deadly !! She gets my vote for Queen of Irish mountainbiking!! Our ladies are deadly but shes setting the standard !!
Is there any point in keeping the dial below 10..!!!
Extreme to the max baby..
I love the schlompy best descent..
Oh and you lads have yet to do that climb when it crosses the river and goes up to Maulin..
oh yeah !! then you will know pain !!
