Hi, were these the saturdays spins you were saying i should come on?

they certainly are..to get to kindlestown..head out along the N11 to Kilmcanogue go through Kilmac and continue on towards the Glen of the downs , just before the Glen of the downs theres a Garden centre, take the left turn here and go around and up the hill just before the road crosses the bridge..theres a right hand turn signposted Glen of the downs golfclub. go up this..pass the golfcourse on your left and you'll come to a t junction..take the right turn and up the hill on your left is Kindlestown car park..

they have been out nearly every week and trying hard,
what do you think?

yeah let them come..Kindlestown and GOD are ideal for newbies !

Would this spin be ok for me? Still a complete beginner so I don't want to hold anyone up. If it's cool then there's a 50/50 chance I might be there. I promised to bring a friend around ballinastoe this weekend but I have a definite feeling he's going to cancel on me.

Just ride around your neighbourhood, clipping in and out as much as possible, set the tension loose and stay calm!

Hey Mr Byrne, do you think I'd be able for this spin - I know you all have a very hardcore/savage reputation but I used to do a bit of mountainbiking when I lived near the hills. Would I be okay with only one gear?
