I'll be missing all the Christmas spins as I'm flying out to the snow on Stephen’s day so I won't be organising any downhill stuff for Christmas this year but feel free to post up if you’re heading out doing some DH, you may as well all go out together.
I was going to organise a spin to Bree one of the days anyway. Probably the Tuesday !
I will be out on the DH bike at some point, I will have a look at the dates and have a think about it.
Hey Adam, where are you off to? I'm heading to Les Deux Alps on the 26th. I'll try and get to a few spins beforehand, but I'm a crock!
Hello,
I have just received presidential approval for a spin on Sunday the 27th. Djouce at 10:00.

This is for people who are not going to the Biathlon. The Biathlon is a great idea and I know most of you will be going to it, but for those that are not you can come on this.

It will be for bouncy FR and all mountain bikes, but not DH bikes. The pace will be leisurely on the climbs and mental on the descents. It will be the grand tour of all the good bits in Djouce. You will be expected to do at least one stupidly irresponsible, stunt / manoeuvre involving either dodgy air, verticalness or something involving fire.

At this point I usually say that if you come on this type of spin I will teach you to be deadly. For reasons that will be apparent I can’t do that. Instead if you come on the spin I’ll teach you 1) the art of deadly excuses for having too fat an arse to get up a hill. 2) The art of sliding sideways on your front wheel, with your nuts on the stem and screaming at the same time 3) The invaluable skill of going over the bars but still managing to land feet first in a nonchalant pose and pretending you meant that to happen. 4) and the often over looked ability to go straight when you should have turned a few yards ago.

I will also demonstrate the best cyclocross mounting and dismounting technique, I will mostly demonstrate this on this uphill bits, just so you can see it in the proper context.

All welcome, I won’t do anything unpleasant to anyone, who isn’t asking for it.

Sean (I used to be deadly at this ****)
Points 1 to 4 sounds like every spin we do, I would like to see the Cyclocross stuff though!!!
ahahaahaa.......so your that good eh!!!! Sorry I'm goin to miss this now. Whatever about watching someone who is talented on a bike do something cool or tricky, you can't beat watching them burst themselves it's just soooooooo fkin funny, I'm in stiches here laughing at all the fine examples I've seen this year from the Savages, me included.
I think you'll be fine on Seans spin Vasile and of course the 26th is suitable for everybody!
