Tuesday 29th Daytime Craic spin 10.30am Laragh/Glendo

If any of you guys are off and want to head on a day time spin then i have a good route planned, nice bit of steady climbing, fantastic views, very little schlomp and great decents, meeting at the green in laragh and leaving at 10.30am.

Well as you say the course is frozen but I've now been roped into doing some painting!! Might be able to make it tomorrow, not sure yet.

Get ready for the Rhinstone Return, any special requirements for this spin? Will I bring the ST's?
