That was deadly ..... and in parts really "deadly"! Non-stop (for me anyway!) but a nice steady fast pace. Great bunch of guys - really enjoyed it!

Yep, digging deep at times, but manageable. my natual fitness is returning. Lucky my forks revived themselves. I would have hated to return home...
