Me and Rob are going to try and make this one roads permitting.

Hi All, its Aoife here. As its only my second time out (i coped well the first day though) would anyone have a bike I could borrow for tomorrows session..I'm looking to buy a second hand bike and need help with that too!!

Hi Aoife - I don't think tomorrows spin would be suitable for someone who's only been out once before - particularly given the prevailing conditions!

Good point RL, possibly the fastest way to clavicle/wrist fracture if you're not used to the conditions.....

I'll sort the beginners spin out in the next few days, just having trouble with my right knee at the moment.

That was deadly! I thought all that Christmas excess would have me ruined but Jasus I was flying, not even the move back to a hardtail could slow me down on the descents. Turkey and beer is the new active rest. I was like a young Cliff Richard...

indeed..fair play to the handful of Real Mountainbikers out this morning, me, Luke, Alfie, Admski,Mick, Carol and Shona..
Saturdays are only for the Savage from now on..!!
That was some craic for a fast spin..Shona will have to think before she speaks in the future!!

that was flippin deadly, can't remember when i've enjoyed 3 rock so much
should've taken that lift home, my hands we in ribbons by the time i got home...i got some very stange looks from all the people going into Dundrum shopping centre, any idea's why????

Llandai, AndyW and Richard (Mail Order Ride) kept myself and my brother-in-law company up in the Leadmines this morning - thanks guys! Nice relaxed spin on a beautiful morning.

Oh ... and we met Harri ... up getting some sneaky practice on his new SPDs! Still looking a bit sore from his "off" on Steven's Day!
