Down the fast Singletrack
Up the Fireroad
Down the Tunnel Trail
Through the Car park and up the Fast Singletrack
Down the Tunnel trail again and up the Fireroad back to the cars.
Don't be afraid just be strong !
there's a full on tree down across the track about 3/4 the way down the initial descent from the top. no way round it. you oughta see it - but you never know. just after a sharp left.
right..
but its simple...go down the N11 pass through Kilmacanogue..when you get to the Garden Centre..swing left as if you are heading back over the big bridge but just before the bridge crosses the N11 theres a turn on the right signposted Glen Of The Downs Golf Club..
go up this little road
Pass the golf course on the left and when you come to the t junction..turn right..about 500 Yards up the road is Kindlestown Car park..you'll see everybody parking anyway !!

this will be a chance to ease into the pain slowly as Damo is in Kiev testing strippers, Alfie is attending a wine and cheese partee in the French Embassy and Luke is going to Weight Watchers..so unless Adamski comes along..there will be minimal whip cracking !!
is it the season for the skinny bikes yet?

I'd hate to turn up on a distinctly unfashionable steed, that would be like wearing Wrangler jeans while shopping in Dundrum dahhling....

I don't want to see todays haircut tomorrow, that's like reading an old paper, or browsing an old Calendar! I also need a haircut but at my age I'm never sure it's going to grow back, it also keeps my head warm.
