Craic spin Tue 5th Kindlestown/GOD

Leaving at 7.20 as normal for some good fun and low pain (unless you fall off which seems to be happening to a lot of you lately :)) Whilst the other Lads are training hard for the xc stuff, i'd like to concentrate on some of the more techincal stuff, i'm not saying you lads can't ride tricky stuff but some of you are a little less confident than others, it might help you to stay on the bike better and enjoy the spins more, see you there.

Gaz, looks like I'll be off the bike for a while, (as you know I never miss a Gaz outing) went out on Sat for a quick spin, not good, ended up with the Doc last eve - ribs are bad, so on lots of meds + rest, still, off to Carlow in the morning for work, bills & all that. Might catch ya there! rock on.

I'm always up for Garri & Harri craic spins but not sure if I can make it tomorrow...depends on work as usual, fingers crossed! :)

Going to try and make this Gaz if work and weather play ball.

Sorry lads but i'm gonna pull out of this one, just been out in the car and the roads down this end are pretty bad after last night and i can only assume they will be worse this evening, no body's realy sure if they can make it either so it's a long way to travel and have nobody turn up.

Yeah thats the trouble and thats the flat roads, Hacketstown and Rathdrum would be a bit worse.
