10.00am XC Training Spin ( Steady and Non Stop)

this is still on, i can't go to Bree both days , kiddies!

I'm itching to get out for a spin. I haven't been on the bike in ages so I'm not sure if I'll be fit for it. I was hoping for a handy spin but would give this a try if it isn't too savage.

I'm still going to chance Djouce tomorrow, if its bad its only a skip down the road to GOD..

i can't make tomorrow's spin as i'm off down to kildare to get my shiney new towbar fitted to my car ;-)

Will be there too in the morning but will be bringing some less experienced friends about, so won't be on your spin i'm afraid ! Trying to bring take these lads at your pace would kill them/put them off mountain biking

and the loaf!!

Google told me where to go :) Yeah great spin! The last slog uphill through the schlomp was almost as bad as the snow last Saturday. Not as many spectacular crashes this week - but cycling though the river and the lake in the tunnel was crazy - Carol was up to her thighs in water!

yeah the tunnel.... i wasnt expecting that!!Great weather considering the shhite we've had to put up with the last two weeks!!
