Now folks..these Saturdays are for anybody interested in racing Sports in the XC NPS etc.
the pace won't be savage but there will be a bit on the road at the start and at the end of each one. the aim of these is fitness and XC technique.

I'll Be there for this one. See you then.
gr8 day bar the two flats and i forgot my tubes. learned alot today will have bike up to spec for next time very well organised spin some good tracks. thanks to all
yeah, great spin , great crowd, deadly stuff altogether !!
Very enjoyable indeed, great gang, Saturday spins have sure come along, everyone was flying. Luke throws the whole HT V FS debate out the window by showing what can be done on and hardtail, mighty impressive. Carol took it all in her stride and Richie kept a watchful eye on the group, nice one people.
Yup, great day out indeed. It had everything, sun, road, uphill pinch flats, and even a few cameos from Niall Davis and the bromance that is Dalfie.
yeah...
a destroyed Eoin Jesus Keith, a big gang of super sports people..I missed the *********** savages as my Star rider Mr Lugash was looking after Skyline and his puncture woes..
I was tooting along up to Toms and got nearly trampled by the savages Lugash, Hairoil 29'er and maxtar.
Some of Fergals tracks are better going down than up.
But 3 rock is really in a jocker..
We've definitely ramped up Saturdays.
And Victor Lucas is motoring up and down!! as for Don..he might look like a mild mannered cardigan wearing Metro, but point him downwards !! oh my god hes like a mature Sam hill! i think there were 16 of us !

Ha! yes my daily coctail of EPO, steroids, HGH, cocaine and half a can of red bull seems to be working! Although I did crash at least 3 times.... great fun all the same. cheers.
