Sun beg/inter spins anyone?

Hi guys, haven't been on in ages so hope it's ok to hijack epic. I know sun spins are usually savage city but I was just wondering if there are spins for sort of newbies/ inters on Sundays, like in b'stoe or anywhere? Can't do Sats unfortunately :(

A happy lezzer per chance?! ya roo's legs sure are skinny these days. I'm not that lucky to get out every week, ah I dream of those days. Motherhood and biking... toughie. And why is everyone going out on Sats?? What's wrong with sundays????? Or mondays??????

just put up a post saying you want to go out on Sundays , explain that you are a recovering Mtbaholic and see if anybody wants to go..you might get weirdoes wanting to go with you though..we've picked up a couple of creepies since you went off to the convent!

Now that you mention it I'd be well up for a Sunday spin as an alternative to Saturday, work is wrecking havoc on my Saturday freedom! So if there's a few more craicheads on for this it would be a runner.

is rhinestone culchie one of those 'creeepies' you mention?? Sorry rhinestone (love the name tho, creep or not!!)
