It's about the only place I can ever remember my way around so Douce it is. Steady Climbs, flat out descents the order of the eve.
We'll be taking in a few of the usuals including the fabulous Disco Stu.
I'll say 7.20 usual spot.
but we'll head off earlier if everyone is there so post up if your coming.

Ok I know for fact there is still a heap of "recreation" riders hanging around the peripheries of this club. The Craic spins are for you Lads and ladies.
All mention of pasta weights, the mud shedding properties of Lycra, puke management while climbing are strictly forbidden on these spins. This can be born witness by the derision one certain craic squad rider received at the mere mention of the "marathon" and mtb in the same sentence. You know who you are........ we shall put it behind us.

The climbs will be handy but not without a little hardship and you can expect anything on the descents. As all Epic members are deadly so too will be the descents.
First and foremost these spins are about having fun if we get fit and learn how to ride our bike better in the process, well great.
Personally I need incidents of a comedic nature to get me through the week.
