Hope to make this spin. Have read the instructions carefully this time...

I was full of hope for tomorrow's spin but looks like I left my lungs in Ballinastoe.... I'm going for a swim this evening and see if that helps. That cold and dry winter air yesterday was lethal!

I'll be begging for a lift back to Dublin after the spin. Please be merciful and don't leave before I get there (I'll be there before 7)
