Tuesday 2nd march 7.00 at Lambe Doyles

Hello peoples, this is the only spin I can do this week..I'm busy Thursday and Saturday and Sunday i'm heading to Ballyhoura for rnd 2 of the Development series.
So amuse yourselves.
In anyways..heading to 3 rock and trying to avoid as much of the Schlomp as possible which will mean up by the Blue Light and back cross to Ticknock, we'll have to play it by ear but sure we'll see how it goes.
Richie
Well that was savage for a change, I couldn't even ride the bike down the bottom of the boneshaker at the end i was that fcuked. Oh and Hughie finished in front of me fair play the little savage.

Thanks Richie.
what spin? ...some things are better left forgotten

...and I almost crashed the car on the way home!
"Up past the Blue Light" the post said so running a bit late I thought I'd cycle up there from home via Johnny Foxes and wait at the Light for the lads to appear...... and wait .... and wait!! You'd imagine any spin with Richie involved would be easy enough to find but I wandered around 3-Rock for two hours with no sighting! Met lots of other people though .... popular pastime this mountain-biking!!
first of all if you're not at the meeting place you won't know of any plan change..we went straight up the front, you ninny !!
Great spin, great gang out..relatively dryish. Broken people left right and centre..the bottom half of the Boneshaker is a disgrace ..looks like MXers have destroyed it!! Ah this life of a semi pro MTBer is going to get you all killed !!!!!! Muhahahahhahahha !! I had to race the cars home to get the fire out of my belly!!
Don't beat yourselves up lads..Hughie only did one 2 hour training session with me and look at the goings of him already !!
Book yourself in now before you fall into a pit of mediocrity !!
Coach Devilman !!
**** me that was tough going tonight, I'm bollixed now and I had to bail early due to failing lights, forgot to charge them again!!!
it was tough alright, i had a cup of Tea with the Rice Pudding before I left the house !!
yes, that was the stuff, was hoping to use the XC bike but had to mount big ole betsy instead, wobbly up the climbs but the descents made up for it
poor Romper is in bits, I'm gonna have to talk to Bill about a few tonnes of hardcore....
3 rock is in bit altogether..even the normally dry WW trail was like the slimiest greasiest thing in the world..
and as for the Axe stuck in the tree stump , that was nearly as freaky as seeing Elton John up at Djouce yesterday !
And Eoin Keith was still wearing his yella Anorak ,his ROn Hills and his Flashing Bangles !! WTF
Holy bejaysus that was savage goin. Byrner goin like a possesed mutant.. Little sprints all over the gaff, the use of elbows on the sliddery ice. great craic
Great spin, but will someone give the Byrne lad a job, tough physical labour, or something like that, he was going like a pro last night..
