8.00am at Djouce for a savage spin of pain if anybodies interested !
I ain't wasting this sunshine !!

you better..Lugash the king of the Fishes is coming along !! it'll be like those Saturday Morning Screamers we used to have at the Dawn of the Golden Age of Mountainbiking !!

I'm interested.... but I need to me in Crone for 9.30... Do you mind if I come and then bail out?

I remember those spins, very cold, very early, very fast, they near killed me everytime, I used to think to myself "what the hell have I let myself in for here?" and then the Golden Age dawned on me and all was well....

hey, when they build the statues to us..they'll be made from Plutonium..we'll be sitting on horse shaped bikes and we'll be scowling and waving power bars or shovels in the air..there will be a box attached to it and mortals of the future will be able to request famous qoutes we used to say !!
or our signature tunes !!
ah..i can't wait till they are writing about us in the MTB magazines !!

great spin lads, the dial was definitely up to 13 at the start !!

great amount of trails at a healthy/vicious pace
all done and dusted by 10am - perfect Saturday spin
nice bit of upkeep done by Robin on the Toro trail, the ole Djouce is a great spot....

Fook me.. that was a pace. Hung in there for 45 mins. Had to split for prior commitments, but it was a great lung opener. Would have liked to do the other hour, but hay... better than none.
I went back to djouce after, from Crone wood. my first time doing that. nice little spin over the hills...

Yeah that was great. And a parent friendly time too - back at the cars before 10. Djouce is riding so well at the moment.
