Djouce is riding brilliant at the moment so we'll head there, if the weather is still good i might throw in a twist so bring your distance legs, usual nutters please.

the weather is to stay good for the week with High Pressure setting right on top of us from Tuesday! Not a week to be staying at home fiddling with the Tellyknob ! did you find that DH track up past XTC ?

Yeah, not great, i went back up and the guy was there doing some more building, his lines are all over the shop.

I might jump on to this lads if ya dont mind. the ankle is feeling as fine as the weather and I better use the night lights at least once this year.

I was gonna head out on Richie's big mountain spin but decided to stick to this one, we have a plan that we put together on Saturday that i'd like to try out, see you there guys.

I finally have a car so will be heading along too if that is cool

Hey Gaz, I'll be there too as I'll never get to Glendo in time and can't do Thurs this week as it's James first birthday. I'm prepared this week and have my lights fully charged ready to go so no having to bail early due to fading lights!!

hello..have you not read the rulebook..it clearly states that you can transfer from the Craic spins to the Pain spins..but you can't transfer back across to the craic Spins..you'll ruin their buzz..!!

You do know that you have to put in a transfer form and pay a fee of €20 to join our spins, and you need a special CI licence so i'll see you this time next year :)

Jeasus, sounds like I won't be going anywhere tomorrow so. I'll be filling in paperwork all day and filing forms!!!

Wont be there after all, good weather and free time means that im gonna hit the trails at lunchtime instead.
