AS a note;
& I may not be able to organise Tuesday spins for a while with work commitments - as the regulars know I too have to come from Carlow for these spins. it's proving difficult to leave work early twice a week at the moment, So I'll try to keep making the Thursdays. Sorry if this inconvieneces anyone - Gaz will be back organising soon & Cathals return is imanent too! Which is great!

Well that was a grand spin! 6 of us went for a Tour of 3-Rock and conditions up there are still great! Harri tried to abdicate leadership duties on numerous occasions and Kellyer was flying at the front! I've heard the expression "Ride it like you stole it" before but Andy has a new version "Ride it like you borrowed it" - he was flying on Llandai's hardtail! Himself and Harri are going really well. Thanks guys - enjoyed that!

yeah really enjoyed that. as Richard said the boys were flying tonight,Harri was attacking some of the descents with plenty of skill and confidence. great to see Mick too, and it was so dry ! had a good blast down the bone shaker and the dream track with stevo to finish things off.

Great fun alright & pushing to max for AndyW & me, great to have a bunch together for the whole spin again, lots of fun! was totally out of juice by the end of the spin, I can feel it in the legs today, which is great! that's what it's all about.
Some parts I was going downhill so fast the bike felt like it spent most of the time in the air! what a blast. . . up the downhill track twice in one night - rock!
