right..is it just me, Damo, Smithers, Max, Alfie the homeless guy ( you should hear the state of him on the phone!!) he was on €2 a shot of Jaegerhowareya on Sunday night, you can only imagine the state of him..
Has everybody abandoned the Savage spin for RichardLs Intermediate surprise spin to the Leadmines !!

So many Richies, it's hard to tell which is which you know.

Always go with the first one that comes in to your head , simples. I'm going training and i'm not stopping ..if you are serious about your XC racing then this is the one for you.

actually if you are serious about your Downhill racing and you are an Elite and your name is Adam, you should be on this too!!

Could you narrow that down a little, too vague :-)

Well just so everyone knows Byrner was on to me and he said its goin to be sunny with little to no wind from 6.30 to 8.30 this evening, is there nothing this man doesn't know? We are blessed I tells yeh!!!

ok i'll try..if you have a red beard, drive a Subaru, have a Giant Glory and your name is Adam and you are an elite DHer..
I can tell you for nothing that if Ger Wolfe or Glyn O Brien was on our spins , we'd be hard put to shake them, if we even could , and I won't even mention the caning Ben Reid would give us..
So the serious Downhillers need to cop themselves on and go on my spins or Ricketys !!

I'm out doing my own sneaky training the last while, I could go out and keep up with you if I wanted to….. but I just don't want to, it would just upset my delicate training plan and then my goals and aims for the season would be all over the place, it’s just too risky.
