I might give this a go if that is ok? Legs are still sore from Sunday's relentless adventure!!

I was really looking forward to the hour of pain..I mean power.. but I've just discovered that I broke the rocker arm of the rear suspension on my XC bike yesterday (which would explain that loud 'snap' sound on the way up the P. Willies....).
Luckily they sorted me out with a new one in Cyclesuperstore (Brian, their chief mechanic is a legend!) but I can't press the bearings in myself... so it's a trip to OC tomorrow.
Those winter savage spins really take their toll on the bikes..

I will, that's the plan but today it's the only day I have time to fix my XC bike so I'll do my own sneaky training late in the evening...

Well that was lovely, the new trail is a peach, up toro is the billix and Damo up xtc to finish and then he turned right, I had enough and went left. there was lots more but they were the best bits. Djouce has so much to offer in such a small space, fantastic.
