My plan on Sunday is to go from Palmers to 3 Rock via Johnny Foxes..
do all of the 3 Rock Single tracks
Then go to Cruagh
and do all of the Cruagh, Knocknagun and Prince Willies tracks, includin Cloon and across to Djouce to do all the Djouce stuff.
People can come and do a section then go home , I don't mind.

Well great spin till the puncture,totally lost all of u but made it back to the car, three hours of fun.that roo lad and his seatpost fecking explosion.I couldn't believe the bang and boy was he lucky not to have been sliced open.lucky he's skinny, some larger riders would be oozing after that.all the lads can do is laugh their holes off whilst making a new seat out of a ffookin log.hilarious

Up to the rocks, on to The Satteliite run where everybody heard massive " CRACK!!!" and Roo snapped off his seatpost and stabbed himself in the chest !!
