Really sorry I missed the NPS in Killarney but that went a long way to make up for it! Dave brought us on a great "big bikes and baggies" spin covering most of 3-Rock at an XC pace - I was bollixed by the time we finished! Trails are fantastic especially the "Schizzle" and I even managed to ride lots of "Romper"!! Thanks Dave - great spin!

YE, that was Deadly.. Richard L, Mick O,Davey K,Flan, Migal, Phil and paul joined me for a blast around some of Three Rock's finest single track decents. 22k in all in just under 2 1/2 hours, the trails were bone dry and riding fast so... Happy Days..Cheers lads for a great spin.

Cracking spin !! Good pace up and down .great to be up there when it's so dry, did some sections that we haven't done for a while too. Class spin
