deadly - can't wait to see the new anti-bog!
ehh... looks like I'll be stuck in work tomorrow. Would be nice to spin the legs though so I might do solo night spin.
I'll try my best to be there - good to see last Tuesday spin being recognised as a "savage spin" - because it didn't feel like an intermediate one!

Holy Jaysus the FergalAlfieDamo show was cranked up to the bleedin nines tonight!!! That was some spin, i think the trio got back to Lambers at 8.10....It was like a team time trial when we hit the road back from Enniskerry...I managed to stay on the wheel untill the petrol station then that was it!!No more...besides,I have a lap record to try and hold on to on Thursday nite!!!
Sounds like you had a good spin. I'm just back from my 1h of freeride on 3rock..man I forgot how to ride a big bike, I've been bonded with the XC machine for weeks now!

I'm in Flitters, the pace was devastating I was at the back the whole time, but coach Byrne pulled me along some speed on the rd back, i think we got back at 8.15 thats a savage pace over a serious amount of ground. Thanks Byrner and well done to Damion he turned up about 5mins after us. Im goin to bed now!

Great spin, that is a brilliant route for summer night spins. Yuo get a bit of everything and will bring on your fitness. The Fergal lad is flying, what the hell are they feeding all them MAD lads..

that was frickin deadly ...i don't know how many of us there was,,,not as many as there should have been...
the pace from the go was superb !!! there was a few tired bodies but even so ..it was Thunderbirds from the start!!..
I waited a couple of times for certain people but got browned off after a while and took off after the Number1s on the Mini Bog of Deadliness !!! they were just disapearing over Ravens Rock when i skittered across the rocks at the top of Curtlestown ! But when I didn;t see them at the bottom , i waited for the Number2's ..me and The Dancing Knicker Licker Man hit the road..
I had hoped to use his big arse to shield me on the road and tow me for a while but that crazy optimistic plan failed and after the bang at the bottom of the Enniskerry Bends..I decided the humane thing was to tow him back..
I was getting nowhere when Dribbily Skinny Running Guy appeared and after some verbal encouragement he bridged the gap , this seemed to perk Dancing Knicker Licker Man and away we went..
Every so often the FBT kicked in and I boosted the pace...then DKLM would catch it and we would speed up a bit before his big wobbily head erupted ! then we all waved at the Lonely Team Worc guy, then just when I thought we had killed him..The CycleLane Designing Limey caught up..this encouraged the Dribbily Running Guy decided he would show me his heels..so I punched him in the gob and we all arrived together as Team Full Body Tourettes !!
Nobody else could get so much craic from so much pain except us !!
We are like some ****ed up Superhero Gang !!! Classic

that was indeed a monster savage pace once we got into 3 rock, had to play catch up twice, trying to get back up with Richie, Smithers on the road was something else, just made it.... but i was 15 min quicker than last time, and that wasn't a slow one either.
