Thanks Richard, I was bearly hanging in there, but sure if you don't get out on the bike you'll never improve, and thanks for the uisce. Thanks also to the lad, sorry I can't remember your name I'm a bit of a flute like that, for waiting around for me while I fixed my chain. Glad to hear you found your garmin aswell richard, that would have been an expensive spin for you.
Thanks Richard and Dave, it was a deadly spin. That was a good variety of trails, it took a bit to get used to some wet roots again. I was going well at the start then I don't know what happened, I couldn't even do the basics right. I seemed to loose any energy and concentration that I had. I got a second wind though and enjoyed the last few trails.
