Craic spin

Hey guys

Sorry but i won't be able to do a spin again this week so if one of you could take control again that would be brilliant, i'm just too sore, i shouldn't have raced at the weekend with the bad ribs but i got some points and now i'm paying the price. I'm just gonna rest for a few days and get sorted for the weekend.
