There will be no Club Race on that Thursday as its the last Thursday before the Nationals. So I will be taking any Club members who want on a pre ride of the Nationals Course on a spin around it..I will Coach you through the features and give you tips on getting the best out of the course.

I'll be doing sign on Sunday, and in order to empathise fully with riders during sign on, always a nervous time, I will be joining you for this session.
that Carbin gate would be too big for him..he needs a small frame , full suss , like your Enduro or that Enduro, Al has if he still has it..or a Stumpy or a trance..talk to Stewart , Gar..you pain in the arse you !!
