Classic spin can't beat that place on an evening like that, had some craic with Alfie on the downhills, that rocky bit after the sleepers kicks the crap out of ya, it's brilliant, we have to do a night spin into that cave in the side of the hill.
The absolute dogs billix!!! What a classic evening for a spin, I've never been up there before the view was just savage. I asked Byrner to take a picture of us and the view and I got gang rapped feckin messers. I was a bit scared goin down those boardwalks but felt much more at home on the pointy rocks and holes go figure!!! Anyway great spin great crew thanks.....this is what MTBing is all about.
Brilliant weather , group , spin and swim ,a great way to end day.
Was very very suprised with the speed of Richie when he decided to pull the pin, started to squeel and whoop and tried to catch those in front on the rocky switch backs down to miner,s village. he still has some D.H stuff + a lot of 1960/ 70's demons left in him.
classic spin, only a handful of us..some craic..I was tempted to hit the lake for a swim Brendan !! Next time Baby !! and yes..I have loads still in me, I just can't be arsed most of the time !!
and 40 minutes up to the spink on a 6" machine is pretty fast, Smithers !!
I can't believe more people didn't turn up..
These fierce big Mountain jobs are going to be the Tuesdays from now on folks..unless the Weather is cack..
savage stuff alright its been ages since i was down the miners..its f@#*in deadly,the climbing is horrible but its short enough and the descents are the business that adam lad is a mad yoke
